Zeed Buzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. By using our platform, you (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "user") automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed and delivered within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

For security purposes, Zeed Buzz reserves the right to carry out additional verification for large withdrawals. This is done solely to protect our members.

Zeed Buzz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms; however, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Bets placed using bonuses are subject to a minimum odds requirement — typically 1.50 or higher.
• Rollover must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Zeed Buzz:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Pre-match odds apply to bets placed before a match begins. Live odds apply to bets placed during the match.
• In the event of a match cancellation or incomplete match, Zeed Buzz's decision will be considered final.
• Zeed Buzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10; the maximum limit varies by category.

Odds during live betting may change due to network delays. Zeed Buzz makes every effort to provide real-time odds updates; however, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by technical issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeed Buzz:

• Multiple Accounts: Holding multiple accounts under the same name is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence or manipulate the outcome of a match.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Account Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

Zeed Buzz may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation.

Zeed Buzz believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. That's why we provide the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a daily limit on how much you want to bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a set period of time.
